As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for gaining new business through prospecting and networking. For more about us please visit our website at [please apply online] Duties and Responsibilities for the Business Development Associate: Procure and maintain new business through prospecting and networking Schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective clients Will be trained in real estate transaction and closing process Proactively work with clients and staff to ensure deal flows smoothly from start to finish Attend trade shows and other networking events to expand prospect base Follow up on leads from company seminars and marketing initiatives Requirements for the Business Development Associate: 2-5 years of sales experience Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred Valid Drivers License and means of transportation Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
